Nicaragua Embassy Legalization Services

The countries across the Globe could be divided into two major sections in the point of view of Embassy or Consulate Legalization. The main divisions of countries are Hague Conventional Countries (HCC) and the non-Hague Conventional Countries. When a person is planning to go Nicaragua for job or study purposes his/her Educational or Non-Educational Documents needs to be legalized from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate present in India.

On the other hand if some company of India is planning to Export or Import their commodities to or from Nicaragua then it is mandatory to legalize some relevant documents from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate in India. Subsequently, if some Indian based company is planning to establish their business in Nicaragua, then also it is mandatory to legalize some commercial documents, related to the establishment of firm, needs to be legalized from the Nicaragua Embassy.

Point to be noted that prior to the Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate Legalization some mandatory Attestation is require on the original document from the concerned department of Government of India. The detail processes as well as the requirement of documents are discussed hereunder for your ready reference. Please be informed that the under mentioned process is based on the division of documents in three major groups as Educational Documents, Non-educational Documents and Commercial Documents. As example, Degree Certificate, Diploma Certificate, Mark Sheets etc. are the Education Certificates where Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate etc. are Non-educational Certificates and Commercial Invoice, Letter of Origin, Memorandum of Understanding etc. are the Commercial Documents.

Educational Document or Certificate Legalization from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi

Process 01: Main Process

The Educational Certificates or Documents issued from Indian Schools, Colleges, Universities or various other sources of educational Institutes could be legalized from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate as per the following steps,

1. Firstly the Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department / General Administrative Department (GAD) / Higher Education Department (HED) / Regional Attestation Center (RAC) e. i. the Certificate or Document will be attested from the Indian State’s Attestation Department from where it has been issued. For Example, if a Degree Certificate has been issued from Calcutta University, then it will be attested by the Regional Attestation Center (RAC), Kolkata. On the other hand, if the Degree Certificate has been issued from Nagpur University, then the Degree Certificate will be attested by the Higher Education Department (HED), Mumbai and so on.

2. After completion the above said process the Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

3. Finally the Educational Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate present in India.

Note:

a. To complete the above said process will take around 30 working days. The time frame could differ from state to state as well as the title of the document and the name of the University from where the Certificate or Document has been issued.

b. Original Educational Document or Certificate which to be legalized is required.

c. Photocopy of mark sheets (all years) is required.

d. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page) of document or certificate holder is required.

e. Two recent color passport size photograph of document or certificate holder is required.

f. Photocopy of job offer letter is required.

g. The total charges/fees/rates/cost upto completion of Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate legalization could differ from the type of Certificate or Documents as we’ll as the state of origin in India.

Process 02: Alternate Process

The Educational Certificates or Documents issued from Indian Schools, Colleges, Universities or various other sources of educational Institutes could be legalized from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate as per the following steps which is the alternate, genuine and most prestigious attestation process practiced in India since long time,

1. Firstly the Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Home Department, Mumbai (Mumbai Mantralaya Attestation).

2. After completion the above said process the Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

3. Finally the Educational Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate present in India.

Note:

a. To complete the above said process will take around 10 working days.

b. Original Educational Document or Certificate which to be legalized is required.

c. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page) of document or certificate holder is required.

d. The total charges/fees/rates/cost upto completion of Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate legalization could differ from the type of Certificate or Documents as we’ll as the state of origin in India.

Non-Educational Document or Certificate Legalization from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi

Process 01: Main Process

The Non-Educational Certificates or Documents issued from authorized Indian Authorities could be legalized from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate as per the following process,

1. Firstly the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department / General Administrative Department (GAD) / Regional Attestation Center (RAC) e. i. the non-educational Certificate or Document will be attested from the Indian State’s Attestation Department from where it has been issued. For Example, if a Marriage Certificate has been issued from Lucknow Municipality, then it will be attested by the Regional Attestation Center (RAC), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, if the Marriage Certificate has been issued from Mumbai Municipality, then the Marriage Certificate will be attested by the Home Department, Mumbai and so on.

2. After completion the above said process the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

3. Finally the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate present in India.

Note:

Commercial Document or Certificate Legalization from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi

Process 01: Main Process

The Commercial Certificates or Documents issued from any Indian states could be legalized from Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate as per the following steps,

1. Firstly the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Chambers of Commerce.

2. After completion the above said process the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

3. Finally the Commercial Certificate or Document will be legalized by the Nicaragua Embassy or Consulate present in India.

Note:

a. To complete the above said process will take around 10 working days.

b. Original Commercial Document or Certificate which to be legalized is required.

c. A covering letter on the company’s letter head with duly stamped and signed by the Authorized signatory of the company is required and the same to be saluted To, The Nicaragua Embassy, New Delhi” stating the reason of legalization.
